Moon Farm Creature Hunt brings the historic Moon Farm in Fruita, Colorado, to life with a GPS guided interactive augmented reality adventure designed especially for young explorers and their families. As visitors make their way through the farm, their phones become a story-telling window into a hidden world filled with witches, pirates, Vikings, ghosts, mysterious creatures, and other unexpected characters. Using real-world locations throughout Moon Farm, the experience blends GPS, augmented reality, animation, sound, and storytelling to place life-sized digital scenes right into the farm environment. Visitors hunt for each experience, discover the characters, collect digital badges, and capture photos along the way. It’s part scavenger hunt, part Halloween adventure, and part interactive story—turning a walk through Historic Moon Farm into a world where you never quite know what might be waiting around the next corner.

The Moon Farm Pumpkin Patch 2026 season is open September 26 to October 31, 10 AM to 7 PM.

A simple match game designed for kids.
